This is to clarify certain reports in the press, electronic media and the
informal mails we have been receiving from animal activists regarding
Gharda Chemicals Ltd's association with Huntingdon Life Science (HLS).

Gharda Chemicals Limited is no longer in association or contract with
Huntingdon Life Science since beginning 2004 and we are not currently involved in
testing on animals and do not support cruelty to any form of life.
