Fipronil 0.3% G.R. (Insecticide)
Fipronil 0.3% GR is a granule insecticide containing Fipronil 0.3% active ingredient. It is recommended for control of Stem borer, Brown plant hopper, Green leaf hopper, Rice leaf folder, Rice Gail Midge, White backed plant hopper & Whorl maggot pests in rice and early shoot borer, root borer and termites pests in Sugar cane.

Usage:
Time of Application- At planting stage (for sugarcane – in furrows)
- Early crop stage (for paddy – when dead hearts appear)
- Apply before heavy pest infestation
- Active ingredient: 30–80 gm per acre
- Granular formulation:
- Paddy: 4–5 kg per acre
- Sugarcane: As per recommendation (higher dose)
- Broadcast granules uniformly in the field
- Apply by hand or with applicator/mechanical dispenser
- Mix with sand or urea for better distribution
- Apply in moist soil condition
- Do not irrigate immediately after application (wait 6–8 hours)
- Prevent water from flowing out of the field
- Ensure even spreading of granules
